How to send a device for service


Pack the device securely for transport. Use the original packaging if you still have it.


Include the receipt or invoice in the package (either the original or a copy) if you still have it.


Place the completed customer complaint form into the carton.Preferably a print of the email you received after submitting it here.


Seal the package and address it to us.
