FACE Project Integration
As AI-driven meeting features like automated transcripts, recaps, and live translations become standard, the Firmware v6.9 update equips the MXA901 with powerful new capabilities to meet these growing demands.
What’s new ?
Adjustable Single Zone Automatic Coverage™
Adjust the coverage area in Shure Designer software (within its 6x6 meter pickup range).
The MXA901 has a maximum of 1 zone that you can customize. (The MXA925 still offers 8)
Steerable Coverage™ Mode
Route the audio from the 8 individual lobes to one of the 8 the desired outputs.
Making the MXA901 suitable for Voice lifting.
Speech Gating Threshold (Voice Activity Detector)
This AI driven technology filters out non-stationary background noise, such as keyboard typing or rustling paper and plastic.
Focussing solely on the sound of the voices.
Optimized Multi-Microphone Camera Tracking
The MXA901 now supports Shure's Optimized Tracking technology.
When using multiple array microphones in a room, they coordinate seamlessly to output a single, unified XYZ coordinate to the camera system (master).
