Vectorworks Spotlight Advanced: Light Fixtures, Patching, Working Drawings and Administration (FULL)

For those, who already have basic knowledge of Vectorworks, but want to know more about the specific tools of the entertainment module Spotlight.
Not only for lighting designers and technicians, but also for audio engineers, planners and producers.

Covered in this session:

• Setting up a document efficiently
• How to place my design in the space.
• Stages (podiums)
• Video
• Audio
• Basics of truss and rigging.
• What is a "Lighting Device"?
• Assigning information to fixtures
• Making this information visible in a filtered way.
• Generating lists
• Creating views
• If time permits: the first steps in rendering

Participants are expected, to have a good knowledge and skill of the basics of Vectorworks. Knowledge of entertainment technology (e.g. DMX addresses) is not a must, but is a plus.

This session will be given based on the English-language Vectorworks Spotlight 2024.

This training is free of charge and will take place from 10h00 till 17h30 on Tuesday February 13, 2024.
